Nafas allows users to delete their account and associated data directly from inside the app.
How to delete your account from the app:
1. Open the Nafas app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning message.
5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
When you delete your account, Nafas deletes your account profile and associated app data, including smoking logs, daily summaries, progress records, and badges.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Please include the email address used for your Nafas account. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.

- Account profile
- Smoking logs
- Daily summaries
- Badge and achievement data
- Progress data associated with your account
Data retention:
We do not keep your account data after deletion unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
Processing time:
Manual deletion requests sent by email are reviewed and processed within a reasonable time after account ownership is verified.
